Horrible! I spent 2 hours on the phone just to make the appt. for them to send out an installer. Part of that conversation was making clear that I wouldn't do auto pay, in which they assured me that wouldn't have to be. Lie #1! I was told that AT MOST, it would take 2 hours for installation. It took 4 hours. Lie #2! The installer told me that in order for us to get the advertised price of $27.99, we had to endure A TRIAL for $54 per month, then call customer service to cancel it. WRONG! He installed a cell service that we didn't approve for the inflated amount, then learned that we'd have to have the installer back out to move the key pad to reinstall it for $27.99. Lie #3! I told them during the initial 2 hour conversation that the billing address would be different from the physical address. They told me the installer would take that information. The installer told me I'd have to call customer service. My mother had to sign the contract. I reminded him that I would not use auto pay, so make sure she wasn't signing up for that. He looked me right in the eye and said she wasn't. Lie #4! I just spent 2 more hours on the phone trying to straighten everything out and in the end ended up cancelling the service and contract. Don't trust this company. They're manipulators, incompetent on the phone and out and out LIARS!
