  • Went in for a cut for the first time and this is definitely going to be my regular place! When I set up the appointment, I was told my stylist would be Gilda, who was simply fantastic! She listened to what I wanted and what I was going for, and talked through some options with me to find something that suited my lifestye (i.e., will let me roll out of bed and get out the door with minimal fussing), hair type, and face shape. My hair looks so beautiful! She also mentioned some products I might like but was not at all pushy (which is good - most of the time I want to give them a try but my wallet begs me not too!). When I first arrived I filled out a new client form with basic information and got a tour of the facility - where the retail stuff was, where the snack and beverage table was located, where each of the services takes place (they have separate areas for color, manicures, pedicures, cutting, and washing), and where both bathrooms were. It was a nice touch that I've never gotten before. Once I was done and checked out, I also received a new member gift, a sample Aveda product and some coupons/complimentary services. I loved it so much I booked my touch up appointment in 8 weeks that day!
