  • From the moment we walked in for lunch, a couple of weary Las Vegas noobs, we felt welcomed and valued as customers. Huge fans of the Ramsay franchise, this was a bucket list visit for sure. The atmosphere was warm, inviting and a nice break from the overwhelming glitz of Vegas. We were shown to a comfortable booth and quickly introduced to our waiter Julio and placed a drink order, eager to try some of the authentic beer offerings. The menu's food offerings were all tempting and while waiting for our beers, we debated which we wanted to try. Julio returned with some bad news; neither of the beers we chose were immediately available, which made us turn back to the menu and we went for Gordon's favorite, Innis and Gunn. Shortly, we were introduced to Randy Goldich, the bar manager, who apologized for the unavailability of our original choices. We appreciated his candor and spent several minutes chatting before he left us to enjoy our drinks. Our waiter Julio and his partner David were quite attentive and soon we had our meal selections; I had the grilled lamb burger and my wife had the Pub Chopped Salad. We also had the sticky toffee pudding as well and what can I say, the food quality was Ramsay level, just as we expected. Despite it being early afternoon, we were treated to a visit as well from Hells Kitchen season 12 winner Scott Cummings who was friendly and engaging. Come to think of it, everyone we met there went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. Our Vegas trip was a first and the standards set by our visit to Ramsay's Pub and Grill are sure to make us come back again. Thanks to Randy, Julio, David, Scott and everyone else for giving us such a wonderful visit to remember. Tim and Debbi Crawford (we'll be back!)
