  • Horrible move out experience. 1. I was told NOT to cancel SRP because it would be automatically cancelled when I moved out. I checked my account after I moved out and I was still paying power there. 2. My original "Refundable" deposits were somehow changed to "Non-refundable" upon move out. In what world does an apartment complex not give any refundable deposits? I paid nearly $2000 to move-in and $300 of it was refundable. Upon move it, that $300 was non-refundable. Basically, they make you pay a bunch of fees to move in, promise you'll get some back and you won't. 3. Charged my for carpet replacement. Although I lived at Domus, I travelled more than 50% of the time. My carpet had no wear and tear, maybe a few spots but nothing that a carpet cleaning wouldn't fix. Basically, since everyone is moving out of Domus and no one wants to move in then they are trying to get every last penny out of you. It's sad the move-out process ruined my entire Domus experience.
