  • All of the floor girls/cashiers are super sweet. Especially Penny. However the manager or GM or whoever she is has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. Maybe I caught her on a bad day but she was rude, curt, and made me feel uncomfortable honestly. When you're in the customer service industry the least you can do is smile and be kind to your employees (she had a serious case of talking down to them) AND customers. I'll be looking for another Bed Bath & Beyond to shop at.
