  • WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER. They come up with hidden fees every month. They give you NO notice of anything that is going on. They shut off the water for 24/hrs or you only have freezing cold running water. The staff never have any idea what they're doing. It is absolutely the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. HORRID. Yes, it's so close to everything in Tempe but it is NOT worth it. You can find better places. PLUS...to move out, it costs a fortune (...they're a joke).
