First visit to this new shopping centre on the site of an old packing house.
It is designed a bit like "Shops on Don Mills" with blocks of outdoor facing buildings around interwoven streets. However it is not as fancily decorated and the retail mix is mid-scale for the most part, with the possible exception of the fairly upscale Linen Chest. The eating places are not fully rented yet and I believe there are one or two retail spaces still empty. Being next to a Home Depot, a Canadian Tire and some other existing stores makes it a convenience for people in the area.
In general, a pretty good mix of stuff, with Target as the main anchor. It would get more traffic if some additional apparel stores were added and three shoe stores might be a bit many. It could also benefit from a "sit-down" restaurant chain entry like a Joey's or Jack Astor's or Mandarin.
