  • This review is for a visit in Feb. 2017. I messed up posting the review! 1. I needed a backup laptop. BBBS had 2 refurbished Lenovos. Joseph asked careful questions about what I needed the laptop to do and recommended the best option. I've bought refurbished from them before with excellent results. I'm sure this one will be just as good. 2. In my haste, I tried to stop the Windows 10 update. Oops! That sure didn't work. When I took it into BBBS there wasn't a drop of condescension or smugness. They did diagnostics just in case then fixed the registry. I had the laptop back the next day in working order. They even cleaned my keyboard! No one talks down to me. No one talks "computer-ese" to me. I trust them completely to give me options and solutions. And they even laugh at my jokes!
