| - In the same plaza as Dairy Queen, Rainbow & Robindale (southwest corner).
Friendly staff and service. Menu is very simple, although you might have to ask what some of their stuff are but they are more than willing to educate you. On my first visit she asked me if we've been here before and then proceeded to explain their menu. Latti are their milk tea. Cotton candy is their shaved ice. It's in a small cup and it's pretty great. They have 4 flavors of that, and I've tried milk (condensed milk pretty much), coffee, and earl grey. I liked all of them. Will be trying their matcha flavor next time I'm in.
Their raindrop dessert is what's got all the people wanting to come in (at least for me) since it's so appealing visually. It's not anything to go crazy for, in terms of taste, but it's fun to get. The brown powder is roasted soybean powder, I believe, and depending if you get regular or green tea, that's their sauce. I've tried both and they're pretty decent.
I've yet to try their Latti as all I've had was their hot jasmine green tea. So far so good for everything. Their tables are pretty small (and round) except for their one big table as you enter the cafe, but the seats are kind of spaced out. This place is pretty good if you're coming with maybe one other friend or by yourself to work on stuff. Wouldn't really recommend coming here with a big group.
