  • I had an issue with my tire lug nut being over tightened. The dealership would not break it because they were concerned it might cause damage which would be a pricey fix - they suggested going back to Jiffy Lube which is where I got my tires rotated last. Went to Jiffy Lube and they said that they could not get it loosened. They suggested bringing the car over to Discount Tire which is what I did. After all that rigmarole the Discount Tire guys at the shop took care of loosening the lug nut for me and even offered to do my rotation for me. I just have to give this location kudos for helping to solve this issue for me! Thanks guys!!!! There is a reason we always buy our tires here - not just the best prices for tires but also the service to go along with them.
