  • Billy's chicken souvlaki dinner comes with a creamy onion-heavy salad, saucy rice, and a tender juicy skewer of meat. The breakfast special is unbelievably cheap and does wonders for hangovers. Those are the only two things that my boyfriend (who has been a happy Billy's customer for years now) and I ever get and they keep us coming back. In the summer time, the narrow sidewalk patio is a breath of fresh air from the dated interior. The basement washrooms are down-right dirty. I try to avoid using them as much as I can and would highly recommend holding your breath if you must make a trip down. Billy's is cheap, quick, and consistent. Some days, that's all you really want.
