  • Went for my scheduled appointment and all staff was preoccupied. I had one person casually say hi to me. I was waiting over 20 mins and never greeted or offered water. I have never been to a salon before that dose not greet customers or apologize for the wait. Maybe hiring a desk person would be something they should consider.
