rev:text	THIS IS THE WORST PIECE OF S&%T COMPANY EVER!!!! FOR GOD'S SAKE DO NOT USE THEM. I WAS CONTACTED BY RASHAWN WILLIAMS, AND WE DISCUSSED MY MOVE FROM CHANDLER, ARIZONA TO LAS VEGAS, NEVADA. I told him that I had large pieces of furniture and that I had stairs up to my apartment and inside of my apartment, he told me no problem and that there would be no extra charge. I was quoted $1218 and agreed to that, I THOUGHT everything would be ok...DAMN was I wrong. On moving day, the "lead mover" informed me that because of the large furnitre and the stairs he would need to add almost $300 extra dollars, I said, "hell no", he then called himself giving me a "discount" of $50.00! I was very tempted to tell them to leave, but I had to be out of the old apartment and needed my stuff delivered. I sent Rashawn Williams an email and of course he did not respond. Fast Foward to the delivery day. I was told by Maria Reyes that she would call me a day before the expected delivery date, which I needed her to do as, unlike her, I work and needed to make arrangements. Of course, she didn't, and then the movers called me, while I was at work to say that they were on their way. I told them that I was at work and couldn't leave at that time. They made arrangements and we met after 12 noon. When my furniture was picked up there about 4 physically fit, in their 20s and 30s, but when I get to the delivery site, a storage facility, they sent 2...yes 2 older men, who looked like they had smoked themselves into an early grave. I thought how in the hell could they complete this move?! I contacted Maria, but I spoke with a Roxanne, who said that Maria, was not in but she would give her a message to call me, of course I have not received a call. The last thing they left trash in my storage unit! This is the worst f-ing company. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! And to Rashawn and Maria, be sure to keep these jobs, because being nothing more than unprofessional, uneducated, TRASH is all you will ever be and that seems to be just the type of business that USA Moving and Storage or 1st Choice Moving and Storage seems to be, you will NEVER be anything more than you are!! STAY AWAY PEOPLE AND KEEP POSTING ABOUT HOW WRONG THEY ARE AND CONTACT THE BBB!!.
