| - This is definetly the coolest farm to cone concept I have ever seen. They use all organic ingredients, very unique flavors with vegan and gluten free options as well. Two brother started the concept based on bringing high quality, fresh, organic ice cream to the community. Everything is super fresh, no hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, or artificial flavoring. All their bases use as minimal ingredients as possible. You pick the base you want and as many mix in's as you want, they add the nitrogen and in seconds flat, it's done.
They use nitrogen to make the ice cream right in front of you. Freezing the ice cream really fast does make it some of the creamiest ice cream we have ever had. We had the Oliver (goat cheese, honey, fig ice cream with fresh strawberries mixed in). And also the Polly (sea salt caramel ice cream with extra pecans mixed in). You can really tell they use great ingredients because the end result is the most flavorful ice cream you will ever put in your mouth. Now I can see why they beat the most popular ice cream company in cleveland for best ice cream.
