Glossy Nails was my "go to" nail salon for many years. Since Julie sold the shop and moved to Hawaii, I went back twice. For my first visit I gave them the benefit of the doubt - new ownership, new staff and getting adjusted. My mani/pedi was awful. Sloppy job on polish for both nails and feet. None of the original ladies were working there. Now I know why.
My second visit was more of a disaster! Not only was the work sloppy and quick; but, poor, poor attitudes. We pay $$ for a relaxing service and get crap.
The attitude was they were doing me a favor by servicing me. Ha! Dare I remind them, I'm the customer! They speak their native language to each other while doing your nails - never stop their commenting and laughing. ANNOYING! I guarantee this place won't be in business too long!
