  • After the original shower enclosure installation, there was a problem with the door, which was rubbing on the frame and would not shut without lifting the door. We reached out to JR, who came out within a day or so and identified the problem. He removed the door and took it back to his shop. Within 1 week the door was replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. We are now waiting to see how the replacement door holds us. Thank you JR
