  • We've only been living in Las Vegas for 2 days and it has been a nightmare because of this management! We had TIERRA "help us" She is rude (horrible customer service) she never answer our calls, return our calls, or reply back to our emails. Looks like others had the same issues with her. Yes, I understand rentals aren't in tip top shape but I never had a rental look like this. They told me that they can't do any cosmetics fixes, only appliances and that someone prbly broke in and vandalize the home and it's not their issue! (figure out why because the locks on the door doesn't work) Whoever fixed this place up half ass everything! Idk if it's a NV thing but in TX if you're renting, all that would be taken care of by a landlord before moving in. Seems to me they don't care about anything you have to say, they just want your money! Please save yourself frustration and find another property management.
