| - I have been coming here on the dot every two weeks for my fill for the last few months. My last visit I was suggested that I get a new set due to my old set being old and more prone to breaking, fine, thank you, I agree.
Now, I just want to add- that I am not a picky nail customer. I hate to say that I have never walked out of here with perfect nails. I see they fail to pay attention to detail. My very first set had parts of my nails that weren't painted. I like sharp stilettos & always seem to get almond shape, even after I specify. They don't ask you if you are happy with your nails before they paint. They just assume you do, and show a bit of irritation when I ask them to correct. You would think being a returning costumer that they would add more effort. This time, with my new set, I have jagged edges along my nails and uneven nails. The very same day I got a new set, my nail broke. They did not offer to fix it for free but luckily I had a nice tech that told me it was free. Although, I'm disappointed in the fix because it looks nothing like the rest of the set. Usually my nails are curvy. (I don't think anyone likes witchy curvy nails). I usually go during the week in the early afternoon with an appointment & it's not busy. This past weekend was so extremely busy I had to come back the following day. Although the atmosphere is pleasant, I don't think I'll be back to this place due to the fact that I pay $50+ for a new set & $20+ for a fill and have noticeably less than perfect nails. Obviously, there is no such thing as perfect, but I feel if they paid a bit more attention to each nail they'd master this art. The receptionist is always extremely nice and helpful. Like I said, this place is ok, I just am not a picky nail person and for me to notice flaws every single time in my nails I don't think this is the place for me. I will say if you're going to go, make an appointment and be specific about how you want your nails and look them over before you leave.
