  • I don't like giving bad reviews, but if it saves someone else from experiencing poor/confused billing practices, skipped service calls, unfriendly customer service, and just plain shoddy work. I've had it with them! Switching to someone else immediately. Seems simple,,,come once or twice a month, spray some effective pest control chemicals, send a bill, get paid...then..rinse and repeat. They just can't consistently do this.
