  • I called for service and spoke with Bill. We arranged a time to come in and when I arrived he was right there to greet me and knew who I was straight away. He told me that it wouldn't be very long and that he would be in to talk to me in a moment. About 10 mins later he was in giving me the run down of what was going to happen and an approx time frame. He offered me some water and asked me if I needed anything. He came back about 15 mins before my car was going to be complete and told me what they found and what was going on. He came and got me when my car was ready, had the technician explain again what the result was and then had me on my merry way. I absolutely love to work with Bill for servicing my VW Golf TDI. He is professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and just all around a great face for Lunde's. There is not a business of any kind that gives customer service like Lunde's and that is why I will drive from Gilbert to Peoria and not go to the VW dealership 2 miles from my house. They have NO IDEA what customer service is, Lunde's is #1. Thanks Bill for everything, you are AMAZING! Anissa Schultz
