  • I know this place; I shopped there a few times. The selection is good and does have high-end products, however, the service is anything but classy: it is all about bullying and insulting unsuspecting (or clueless) customers. I shop a lot in NYC and no actual high-end establishment receives customers with such vulgar, trashy behaviour, always looking for conflict. If you can't bother with common courtesy you shouldn't be working with the public, period. Besides, this city has a couple of high-end lingerie stores who are fitting experts and have been around longer than these guys. I don't know if they are living under a rock but real luxurious people don't shop at a place located on St-Hubert street anyway. Bottom line is, they don't care whether you spend 50$ or 50K at their store, they don't respect or value your business, so do yourself a favor and spend your hard-earned money, business and time in a more worthwhile place - or shop on the Internet.
