I was working with my home warranty company who sent out the order to Cool Blew after another company failed to fix it. I waited 3 days for them to call for appt. I called them each day to set an appt but was told by the rude scheduler that Sarah would call by the end of day. Well she didn't. Even called the warranty company who tried and was told the same but still didn't. When they did call and set up an appt it was for the next week because the guy with a long ladder couldn't get out till Monday. When he came out he charged me $60 service fee and scrapped the blower gunk. It worked minimally less than 24 hours and quit again. They told me to call the warranty company who has to send out another order. Also said that they would be able to call by end of day. Guess what, no call. I finally got tired of waiting and called another company for private pay and they were out in a few hours. The unit was so old that it had to be replaced which I knew was going to happen at some time. The freon was leaking out and the coils froze up. The Cool Blew tech should have seen that. Had to get a new AC unit that they installed two days later and I now have air. Cool Blew needs to take lessons in customer service from Sunrise Mechanical. Forced by the site to give at least one star but would not even give that.
