Ordered a TV using the in store pickup option. I should have just gone to the store hoping there was one on the shelf. Instead, I ordered at 8pm on a Saturday night. Got email saying it would be ready in 4 hours. Came at 9am the next day and I have been here for almost 38 minutes. I have seen and spoken to no fewer than 10 people on my wait who ask if I've been helped and someone finally came out to tell me they don't have one in Stock. Great. The website said you had three in Stock and because I didn't want to go through this hassle I ordered it for pick up. I met not one person in this store worthy of an hourly wage anywhere near $15 an hour. What I did hear repeatedly was 'this isn't my department ' and 'have you been helped'? Then the guy asked if I wanted a refund, I said yes and he disappeared. Finally some dump named Tammy comes out and gives me an attitude. Then explains she is trying to be a woman and acts like she is going to get management to make me leave. I just wanted my money back and no more of my time wasted. If Walmart intends to beat Amazon at retail they need to overhaul this whole process. It shouldn't take an hour to prepay for an item only to not be sold it and given grief when your lazy worthless employees don't do their job. They should also get rid of people with bad attitudes in their management. AMAZON WILL OWN YOU IN 10 YEARS WALMART.
