  • DO NOT BUY A SOFT BED FROM HERE !! I bought one around $500 and it started to dent in after just 4 months! At the time I was a little over weight ( 194 lbs) so I blamed it on that. I called and told them about the problem. Instead of getting a new bed, they gave me a list of things I had to take pictures of for me to even qualify and be eligible to receive a normal bed. The list included things having certain tags attached to the bed , how many platform boards that were supporting it, measuring the dents, no stains or picks on the fabric . Luckily, I passed their hurdles and received another bed . They blamed the denting on the bed being "defective" and how " soft beds are more likely to dent". It is now month four with my new , more firm bed ( like they suggested) , it's already started denting in!! Oh I also loss weight , 150 lbs now, so that wasn't the problem.
