  • This is the WORST and most incompetent appliance company i have ever had the displeasure of working with in my entire career as a property manager, they have been out to one of my properties to fix a fridge, 8 ...count them EIGHT...times, and the fridge is STILL BROKEN...THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM THEY GO OUT THERE SO MANY TIMES SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE MONEY BECAUSE THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY PAYS FOR EVERY CALL THEY GO OUT ON!!! yesterday, they told me they had ordered a compressor and were going to go install it in a couple of days, today i called the home warranty company and they told me that Fidelity called them this morning and told them they didnt know how to fix it, so they gave us two completely conflicting stories. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND A SCAM! the girl that answers the phone is a complete idiot and a LIAR! and to top it all off, she is rude. It has taken them 25 days, and they havent fixed one thing!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM FIDELITY!!!!!!!
