  • Cheri took over as my property manager and things have improved. Communication has improved and scheduling of repairs has been more around my busy schedule. The owner of my unit is difficult to get a hold of so repairs are slower at times, but I thought some of this delay was the Management company. The problem with the HOA was also resolved with the help of Cheri.
