  • After being a loyal and frequent customer of Pisces Reef for a few years our experience today needs to be shared. we have a 60 gallon fish tank and are quite familiar with fish. Yesterday our family went in and bought 2 cichlids to add to our cichlid tank. Employee who rang it up said fish guaranteed 24 hrs. This am one of the fish we bought was dead floating on top. we took a sample of h20 and brought in fish. Employee called the owner who said fish was picked on by others so they will not honor sale. At the least they could have given us half credit and we would have bought another fish. It's no one's fat the fish was picked on, so no fat of ours or theirs. The fish was $25 In this day and age, small businesses need to be more cust service oriented. We will never shop there again and will tell others about our negative experience.
