  • Probably the most dishonest, disorganized, and overall crooked company I've ever dealt with. Don't ask to move in a few days early, because they will try to charge you extra (even if the apartment is vacant). Don't report problems, because they will take months to address them and do a crappy job once they do finally get to it. I also learned from the actual homeowner that they charge ridiculous prices for repairs (they use meridian, their sister company). They said I wouldn't get my deposit back because they had to clean the apartment due to the state I left it in.... I rented a carpet cleaner and everything! They said the cleaning cost them over a thousand dollars... For a two bedroom apartment? This place should be shut down! Beware both renters and homeowners alike!
