  • Don't try and call their customer service number or their "live chat". They go to nowhere. The phone will ring and ring forever and the live chat is an online form that you'll get no response from. I tried well in advance to change my reservation but was SOL when I showed up early to see if there was a way to pick up a car they told me it wasn't possible. So annoying.
