  • I had set up a visit for a quote online for 12:30pm on a Monday I had off. They had left me a voicemail saying they would see me at 12 noon. The time came and went and they did not show at 12 or 12:30. I called about 10 minutes after the appointment time and they said i was on the schedule and someone would call me back. After an hour of waiting and wasting that time, i had to leave the house. I called again and they said that they called to confirm but I hadn't answered so they didn't come because sometimes people book an appt online with them and flake on them. I never received another call and the voicemail actually had actually confirmed they would be there at 12! So I wasted a couple hours of my day off waiting for them only to have them flake on me. If they're this unreliable on a first visit I don't trust them to clean my home. Update 6.3.17. The owner followed up with me and came out on a Saturday to provide me a quote. I still have not had a cleaning done but they did follow up with me on this review to see how they could accommodate me. Update 10.23.17. I've had regular cleaning services with The Cleaning Authority since the summer. They have done a good job. I so enjoy coming home to a clean house. I wish they offered laundry services too but what they do provide, they have done well.
