  • Staff are casual like high school kids. They maintain unhelpful conversation amongst themselves and awkwardly quote movie lines like the customer's are supposed to willingly laugh along... I'm sorry... if the first thing you tell me is you do not know the products on your shelves and walk away... soooo not professional.
