  • I want to give it zero stars but I cannot. They take advantage of naive college students. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH: they take advantage of you!!!!! They will never fix anything you ask for unless you are on their back about it. There was a RAT at the apartment I stayed at (108 e HEALEY) and they NEVER I repeat NEVER helped with it. They suggested I put traps myself and I did but I will not keep the trap there if I am not there. CPM is sick. 2 years ago they charged me 600$ for my apartment and never returned any cent to me but never explained the charges. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I do not know why they still exist!!!!
