  • I put a nasty scratch on my brand new car last week and after I was done being sick about it, I went to Affordable Collision. From the moment I walked in, Bob (the owner) treated me as if I were his only customer and gave me a professional and detailed estimate for the repairs my vehicle would need. Everything was put in writing and he gave me a time frame for the work to be completed. I took my car in this week and just got it back today. The work is flawless and my car looks like I just drove out of the dealership. Mark gave me a courtesy ride home and also came to collect me when my repair job was done--a day early. The employees with whom I had contact were personable, professional, and thorough. Hopefully I won't need their services again---but they will be my first choice if I do find myself in that unhappy circumstance again.
