| - The service they provide is terrible and disrespectful because the waitresses would literally stare at you while you are eating. Like are they hungry? If they were they should ask the chef for food, hopefully the chef can make some extremely salty food that I've tasted (oh my goodness uhuh, so salty!!! That my whole table returned the food and asked that less salt is to be added). I am not trying to get high blood pressure, like come on chef please keep it at least healthy...(but I guess not, it's impossible), and chef, if you like to eat salt-flavored food I think it is about time you simmer down that salt bae act because it's just too unhealthy... Every dish was very salty and not very tasty, and nothing special as I have been to better places. Taiwanese food? yeah right Saltinese food I'll say. The food? I would not recommend unless anyone likes salty food. The service? They should be ashamed.
Also I must add, it was just so uncomfortable as they were standing so close and was staring at us eating. Aside from being great at staring, they are great at not knowing how to count. When there was a party of six, we asked for six plates and some utensils but they came back with four plates and no utensils. When we called them back to get us two more, they acted like they worked their butt off that whole day and hesitated to get TWO more plates. I was pretty sure they got some rest in between times if there were only my party and another customer in the room, while the rest of the tables were empty. My goodness! Then she came back with the plates and would look as if she was weary and tired from a 10 feet walk, and gives an attitude. It was not just one waitress but all of them were so laaaaazzzzyyy. Foods already bad yet the service just makes it even worse SMH...
I hope the restaurant will read this to hopefully improve, but I don't think they would know how to improve if they don't even know basic customer service.
