  • Say one thing, do another. I had my windows tinted, was told they would use ASWF EXEL IRP 15 & 25%, picked up the car and the receipt and warranty papers were for Johnson InsulatIR, which comes in 20 & 35%, so not only they didn't use the brand they said they were going to use, but the tint numbers are not the same from the two different brands. What do they do there, say one thing, then slap on whatever they have laying around in their workshop?
