  • Below average hotel on the strip. Years ago, this place used to be called the Aladdin, it was my favorite property on the strip. Years go by, and it deteriorated. - Broken toilet that wouldn't flush - not good when you need to do #2 - Valet takes 15+min - not good when you are already late for dinner - Self parking is 3 miles away from hotel tower, need to walk thru the shops for 15min - not good when you are hungover and in 6in heels - Front desk staff NEVER picks up the ph - called 4 times re: broken toilet and couldn't get anyone on the line - Bathroom wall paint is flaking off - Casino floor is smelly and disgusting, where's the cleaning crew? - $14 for gym usage, $12 for wifi - wtf? this is included at other hotels Not coming back!
