  • I hate to give a ONE star to a local business , since I am a huge supporter , but it is a fair review . So I have been going to Rebel Automotive for at least 2 years. This incident happended about 4-6 months ago , and I have been trying to let ot go but I cannot. I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. I got to Rebel right when they opened . I was told it would be a few hours .. since I was the first one there. I explained my car was idling low , shaking , and had even just stopped while at a stop light and had very bad gas millage . I called at at 10 am , NO not ready yet , I called at 12 pm , no not ready yet , I called at 3 pm , no not ready yet. I called and called .. finally at 4 we go down there. It was not done untill 5 pm. I was baffled. How long can you take to do an oil change and inspection , new spark plugs and timin TV belt. I drove my car home , it was still having the same issue , low idle , shaking and slow. I go back the next day and explain , the guy up front was very abrupt and defensive. I asked did you check the fuel pump since I am having gas issues , his response was no. I asked did you check anything to do with why it would be idling low , he responded no. $500+ dollars later and my car still is not fixed. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I walked out and have never gone back.
