  • Just did a drop in at New Tribe because my piercer was not available and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is located on the 2nd floor and was very clean. Shayne, the head piercer was the person who greeted me and although he was not the cheeriest person, he was professional and gave good advice. I went ahead with him because he was very straight forward and the price was significantly lower than the other places I checked out. When it was time for the piercing, he explained to me explicitly what tools he was using and how it was going to be done. I was very nervous as it was my first piercing and he was very honest about the pain level etc. In the end, he was right as it felt like a pinch and tadaaaa, it was done. Although I did not personally build a rapport with Shayne, he was easy going and very lovely to deal with. With the location, price point and service, I will definitely check out New Tribe again :)
