I'm updating my review due to the actions of Mr. Clean (specifically Shawn) after I posted my original review.
Upon reading what happened, Shawn immediately called and texted me. He offered his sincere apologies, a refund and a re-clean given how poor an experience we had.
Shawn has fantastic customer service, and I appreciate how thoughtful he was ( and fast-acting!) in his remedying of the situation.
If Mr. Clean employed 100 Shawn's, they'd own the carpet cleaning market.
