rev:text	Had a very bad experience here. It must be running on a skeleton crew. The hotel was like a ghost town. They never refreshed our shower mat. Just hung it back up wet. Had to ask for wash rags. Ordered breakfast room service and menu said 18% gratuity to be added and then they said that was a service charge NOT a tip. Computer in business center never worked the 5 days we were there. It was my husband and my 49th wedding anniversary and my husband asked if they could have flowers sent to our room to surprise me. They said they would have to charge him and he said that was fine. No flowers were ever delivered to our room. Loud recorded music in the courtyard played ALL night long!!! No sleep. When we returned to the hotel on 2 different nights it was dark outside and there were NO lights on in the driveway entry or entrance to hotel where you valet the car. All the windows everywhere were filthy. The cute village they advertise had only a few shops. Most were out of business. Casino was closed. Guess it's been closed a long time. The Italian restaurant located in the "village" was about the only positive thing I have to say. And....... Our room was never dusted. Fingerprints all over glass tables. Plastic cups just left dirty. Complaining to front desk did no good. Young staff who were clueless and had a care less attitude!!!! The guys who worked in Valet parking were professional and helpful. Too bad things were so bad as it is a beautiful place and surrounding area gorgeous. If business is slow you would think their customer service would be A+ so word of mouth could help their business. I give the staff a D- Such a shame.
