  • I have to say, I am very impressed with the customer service here at the Spa at Lake Side. Initially, I had written a pretty bad review, which I am sure some of you had seen. But, the owner, Rick, took his time to look into the matter and contacted me to make things right. He apologized for my experience and offered to have me come back in for a "redo". He was very polite and took his time to listen to what I had to say. This guy honestly has very good service skills and you can definitely tell he cares about us clients :). I just got back from having a massage from Katie. And she, omg..... she is amazing. Truly wonderful, she took her time listened to my needs and was as gentle as I needed. I loved that we were able to have a conversation while she was working with me and it was STILL very relaxing! She definitely took her time and didn't seem like she was rushing at all. You can definitely tell she loves what she does. Even Alyssa (I believe that is her name) at the front was very nice and reassured me that if anything was wrong, she would handle it. Overall, this place handles their clients very well. I was truly impressed that Rick takes the time to read these reviews and see how his employees are doing, and he truly cares about the service he is providing for his clients. I definitely will be back because I know they really value me as a customer.
