  • What a joke this service is. I have had maids for years that did a great job but I figured I would try the less expensive option plus Summerlin maids also said they supply chemicals and vacuum. Their maids did a poor job and asked to use my vacuum also. To top it off my new iPhone charger was missing that night. I called and spoke to Luna and she honestly could have cared less. I told her that they might of accidentally took it after they used it to charge their own phone. They of course denied it. I told them if they reimbursed me the $30 and sent new maids I would try their service one more time. She said that she had to talk to her manager and would call me back. As you can imagine I never got a call back but I sure got a call for the next scheduled service 2 weeks later, which I reiterated to cancel all future appointments. I have switched back to our previous maid service that does a great job and doesn't steal. Don't waste your time. Have you kids clean the house as it would be a better job anyway.
