  • As far as a PT place it is the same as any other. They try to run as many people with the same trainers at the same time, so personal attention is MEH. However the real nightmare is their billing system. I got PT services there 16 months ago, and just got a whopper of a bill. No communications in between, services ended and then a bill 16 months later. Then try to talk to billing and you are going to be waiting at least 20 minutes. I would not use them again, too much pain after all the physical pain went away!
