  • A simple windshield replacement turned into a month of phone calls and awful customer service. Took 2 weeks for them to return my call and to schedule replacement. Oh, and it's not about what's good for you, it's all about them and what is convenient. When I got my car back, the dash and console water spotted and filthy. My leather steering wheel cover scratched blemished. Lack of quality control up and down the line. I'll go back to Safelite.
