  • Four of us went to Yama Sushi last night and we had a very good experience. Like others have said, the sushi seems fresher and more flavorful than other AYCE sushi places. They have a lot of unique rolls and we enjoyed all of them. My boyfriend especially liked the shrimp lover's roll and I liked kiss the ass. The thing I really liked about Yama is the service. I feel like a lot of AYCE places try to slow you down by not checking on you often. Here, however, we were usually the ones not ready to reorder as our waiter kept coming around to see if we wanted more items. They were also very good about refilling the soda and water. Despite the fact that they always have a line, you never feel like they are rushing you out and I appreciate that. I've heard so many good things about them , but they were always so busy that I didn't get to eat here. I'm glad we came for a few birthday celebrations and I can say I agree with the majority of the reviews that say it's worth the wait!
