  • We called My Appliance Guy and got Mario, he scheduled the service call and showed up on time. That's the first win! He then efficiently diagnosed the failed part and made us aware of the repair needed. He made us aware that the part needed to be repaired and sent out for service. He then returned to install the part on a SATURDAY MORING AT 7:00 because we had existing plans @ 9:00(he went above and beyond to accommodate us). 2nd win! The 3rd win was he is genuine and very personable person. Am I glad we found this company
