  • First of all, let me put it out there that this is a children's salon. No duh! Right? These hair technicians should be more friendly and have some spunk. They have very dull attitudes. They couldn't get my son to calm down or sit still. No soothing voice or talking to him. We left with chunks of hair patches and long pieces that they hid by styling gel. We went to Sharkys on Williams Field and Val Vista; totally different experience. They were so friendly and worked him from being fearful to having a enjoyable experience. They gave him activities to do. He sat still, was calm and they managed to fix his hair. Snip Itz at this location should know that the attention span of a child is short and they easily bore. They maybe a bit fearful. Try learning how to deal with antsy kids instead of rushing through your job just to get the kid off your chair. Also wait times are horrendous. Waited 35 minutes for a horrible 5 minute hair cut. Pros: Give one star for adorable ambience.
