rev:text	Horrible!! My experience was like the rest of reviews. I finally got my car towed, about 4 hours after promised. I will drop my Liberty Mutual insurance if they continue to use this company for roadside assistance. When my car was finally picked up, it came to me on some old school tow truck (the kind where they have to put the magnetic taillights on the back of the car, what is this, the 70s?), not a flat bed, which I guess they can't afford?!
