  • OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wanted to start my review this way because my friend and I were completely blown away by Lee and Keeva. The moment we walked in the door not only were we greeted by two smiling faces but they asked about our day! This means a lot considering my friend and I (she was looking to rent) had been driving around to multiple companies in the area and StorageOne just floored me. We joked about how hot it was and they worked with us to help us understand what unit would be best for us. Not only professional but friendly! I was in love! Lee showed us a couple of units so we could get an idea.. My experience walking around was truly unique. Not only did Lee know every customer, smiling and waving at them.. But from all the places we had been that day, the place was clean... No trash lining the walls or units. It was absolutely a different experience then Extra Space or Public Storage. My friend was the one looking for the storage locker and I was just her travel companion for the day, but I was just so blown away by the customer service and the whole feeling of this place that I had to write my own review.
