  • I spoke with a nice internet consultant and was excited to try to purchase a new auto. we spoke about there trade in valuation system which was auto trader quote was a rough estimate but an idea of what they would offer, but when I arrived what was to offered to me was extremely lower the what was quoted. When I asked there valuation they said "thats what they go for" and when I asked what the difference between the quote site they gave me and there on site quote they couldn't answer me, and after I felt insulted. I am very disappointed in the answers and service I received. Bill Luke is the only dealership I've walked into and not purchased an automobile. I've have the maintenance package on my auto with no issues in good condition and that valuation was lower than anything I've come across. Me and my family are in the market for our other in about 6 months and could've potentially purchased 2 autos from bill Luke but now we will not purchase any from them. Be aware what what your trade in is worth!
